Please note due to Covid-19 Restrictions at our Warehouse, we are experiencing a backlog with some orders, we aim to dispatch orders within 15 business days. We apologise for any inconvenience and aim to have our turnaround time reduced again, once restrictions are lifted. We thank you for your loyalty and patience.
Flat Rate Shipping of $15 Australia Wide, place an order for over $300 and the shipping is FREE!
Ozzie Workwear uses Australia Post eParcel, Fastway and TNT for all delivery’s dependent on size of order and location.
For UNDECORATED (No Logo) orders – We will dispatch your order within 7-10 business days to any destination in Australia. Our $15.00 flat rate shipping service means you can order as many items as you like and never pay more than $15.00 on one order.
For DECORATED (With Logo) orders - We will dispatch your decorated order with your logo requirements within 2 1/2 weeks from date of logo email confirmation, to any destination in Australia.
If you would like to track your order, click on Track Order at the bottom of our website and complete the information. Your Order tracking number and the courier company will be avaliable within 24hrs.
Once your order has been dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse, the delivery time will depend on your location address. Please see below our estimate delivery times.
Brisbane/Logan/Gold Coast (metro areas) – 5-7 business days
QLD/NSW/VIC/ACT/SA (metro areas) – 5-7 business days
Western Australia (metro areas) – 7 business days
Rural and Regional Areas – Delivery can take up to 10 business days, due to delivery companies only travelling to these areas on certain days.

We will accept returns for change of mind and incorrect sizing on undecorated (no Logo added) products purchased online within 30 days of purchase*. Ozzie Workwear does not sell used products. All products must be of original condition, unworn and within original packaging with all tags attached. Any footwear or boxed items must be returned within the box and with all packaging to protect the product. Footwear must only be checked for size on a clean carpeted surface to ensure no damage is made to the sole.
*Any original freight charged will not be refunded.
*Any original credit card fee will not be refunded.
*10% Restocking Fee will be charged upon receipt of goods.
*Returns will need to be sent to us at your own cost.
*Any returned garments that show evidence of wear including, but not limited to; rips, tears, stains, severely damaged product tags, deodorant marks, cologne or cigarette smells will not be valid for a return and will be returned to the original order address. No refund or exchange will be offered.
*Any garments returned without original packaging will not be valid for a refund or exchange.
*No decorated (Embroidered/Heat Transferred) garments can be returned for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Returning your Order
Please contact us via our Contact Us form on our website, email email@example.com, or call 1800 550 559 prior to returning your garment/s. We will require your order number, confirmation of your contact details, along with the garment/s being returned and the reason for the return. Once the return has been validated in our system, the garment/s will need to be returned at your cost, to us within the original packaging and placed in either the original exterior postage bag or a new exterior postage bag or box, with your order number and the reason for return, and securely seal the parcel.
Once Ozzie Workwear has received your return and is happy that the garment/s are in original condition and within original packaging, your refund will be issued through the same payment method used to make original purchase, excluding any original freight and credit card fees charged. Ozzie Workwear do not save any credit card details and will need to collect them again to make the refund. If payment was made via a voucher/coupon Ozzie Workwear reserves the right to refund any amounts due to you by issuing a new voucher to value of the goods returned, excluding any original freight charged. Ozzie Workwear also reserves the right to request the return of any free gift that may have been included within your original order, or deduct the cost of the gift from your refund.
If you would like to exchange product/s, we advise to follow our Returns procedure and place a new order for the product/s you require.
Ozzie Workwear and all of our suppliers have exceptionally high standards with our products, but unfortunately on some occasions we come across faulty products. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us via our Contact Us form on our website, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 1800 550 559 as soon as you notice the fault or within 30 days of purchase. Our team will organize a return, and once the goods are receipted in at our warehouse they will be assessed; we may need to consult the supplier/manufacturer in this process. If the product is found to be faulty, we will organize a replacement to be dispatched to the original order address, or a refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days. If the product is deemed not faulty, it will be returned to the original order address and no refund will be supplied.
