How do I add embroidery or heat transfer to my order?
When you select the colour and size of the product you require, the embroidery and heat transfer list will display if branding is available on this product. Click on the list and select which branding and position you require. Once selected this will automatically add on the cost of the branding. You will need to add branding to each colour and size garment before adding to cart. If you have not ordered branding using the same logo previously then you will require a new set up which is a fee of $40 (this is a one-off payment per logo used). This enables us to get your logo digitized into an embroidery file and set up on the machine, or redrawn and set up for a heat transfer. Please add this Logo Set Up to your order, you can find Logo Set Up below the garment in the 'we also recommend section', or the Branding section of the web store.
Once you have selected your products and any logos you require, and you have placed your order, the order confirmation screen will display a link to our Embroidery/Heat Transfer Form, please complete the form, upload your logo image and click send.
If you require embroidery, we would email you an image of a stitch out on a piece of fabric for your approval before we go ahead and brand your product.
If you require heat transfer, we would email you a mock-up of your logo image placed on top of the product image for your approval before we go ahead and brand your product.
*Please note, Heat Transfer is not available on all fabric types due to the heat required to press the logo, if the options for heat transfer do not display when you have selected a garment, then this garment would only be suitable for embroidery*
